Position:

I am a shooting guard (2), but can also play point guard (1). I can score from the two and  feel comfortable handling the ball as the one. A major strength of mine is the fast break. I can get up and down the floor quickly and with ease. I can also play with my back to the basket down low.

I am a good defender and often times given the responsibility of guarding the opponent's strongest outside shooter or penetrator. I also have the ability to grab rebounds, which many people don't believe due to my height. I have great jumping ability and bang with the best of them.

I am an unselfish team player. I am a firm believer in the phrase "There is no 'I' in team," because no team can win without playing together. A team can have many talented individuals but will not be successful unless the individuals play as a team.

Off the Court:

In my spare time, I volunteer at the local German-American Institute (Carl Schurz House) teaching kids how to play basketball. I also enjoy watching movies and reading my Bible. I graduated from Brown University in 2006 with a double major in History and Psychology. I was an Academic All Ivy honorary and was also named an ESPN/CoSIDA Academic All-American.
